The Clone Wars series begins October 3rd on TV!

Cartoon network will air 22 episodes picking up where the August feature file leaves off.

The voice cast features Matt Lanter as Anakin Skywalker; Ashley Eckstein as Ahsoka Tano; James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi; Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex and the Clone Troopers; Tom Kane as Yoda; Nika Futterman as Asajj Ventress; Ian Abercrombie as Chancellor Palpatine; Anthony Daniels as C-3PO; Christopher Lee as Count Dooku; and Samuel L. Jackson as Mace Windu.

Japanese fans will see clips from Lucasfilm Animation’s “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” at Star Wars Celebration Japan, a three-day event in Tokyo starting July 19.

“Clone Wars” director Dave Filoni will fill in fans on the pic’s production in a Q&A with Japanese animator Atsushi Takeuchi, whose credits include “Ghost in the Shell” and “The Sky Crawlers.”

Fans will also get a glimpse of an episode of the “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” TV series that will air this fall in the U.S., as well as meet “Star Wars” actors including Mark Hamill, the original Luke Skywalker, and Anthony Daniels, the original C-3PO.

“Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” opens in the U.S. on Aug. 15 and in Japan on Aug. 23.
